Hello everyone!

Greetings from Southern France!
I am a first time home gardener, now trying to grow chilli pepper plant on my balcony. The weather is getting hotter and hotter these days and the plant has already got plenty of flowers, however, some new leaves keep turning yellow with lots of green spots as per attached photo.

Could you advise me how to fix the problem, please?

Thank you so much!

I only grow Jalapeno peppers here and usually yellow leaves mean either too little water, too little nutrients, (mainly nitrogen), or too cold.

I dig up and bring my plants inside over the winter, so some of my plants are several years old now, they go dormant over the winter in the basement with minimal light and water but they sprout new growth everywhere when they're put back in the garden in the last spring here.
Your leaves look about like those that fell off my plants over the winter.
When spring comes around, there's usually only a leaf or two left, and I cut the plants back to around 25cm tall when i pot them each year. I only leave them with one or two small branches with a few small leaves on them
When they see the sun again in the spring they start putting on new growth all over.
