Invisible Grass

I think it is some sort of Panic Grass. The fine hair like sprays are just a blur as they sway continually in the breeze so the plants beyond are not obscured. I would like to plant a few more but need the exact name. I have found Panicum Sprinkles but it is not a name I remember from when I bought it a few years ago and like the amateur I am I just listed it as Panic Grass. Any help in identifying it would be brilliant

IDK, but, you can always dig up the clump in early spring and divide it up. Two more for free !!

Could it be wild oats?

Looks a bit like it. Tufted hair grass is another possible. I think it's one of them. I will have to buy both and watch them grow! Thanks
