Identify this plant - help neeeed

I am struggling to identify this plant. It dies back in winter and is back bigger and better each year.
I hope it is not a weed as it is very pretty.
I have spent ages trying to ID it, but it does not match anything. Took photos to gardencentre but no luck!

It's the 4 o'clock plant, so named because it blooms in the evening and attracts nocturnal pollinators. However, I've seen hummingbirds attracted to them in the evenings and early mornings.
