Hey guys was gifted this potplant and was wondering what species it is. I have seen this in many people's houses

This is a Ginseng Fig (Ficus microcarpa). Ginseng Figs are grafted plants between two different forms of Ficus microcarpa, the scion has small leaves and the rootstock has swollen roots and large leaves which are not usually seen as it is a rootstock.
