How to keep bronze beetles off my raspberry bush?

The Harris diatomaceous earth and Neem oil are not getting the job done. What else should I try?
Also, what should I do in the off season to prevent them from coming back?

can you create a physical barrier like a fine net? are they after the fruit or the stems? do they fly/land on them or crawl up from the base?

Fly & they don't go after the fruit just the leaves

I have so many other plants for them to choose from I hardly see them on my food plants. I saw three of them yesterday on my Indian Blanket (Gaillardia pulchella).

They appeared to be having a Threesome...No I didn't stay and watch

These things & the Japanese beetles love the berry leaves & my green bean leaves
