How many impatiens plug plants should you put in a 9cm pot

My impatiens and begonia plug plants came this morning and I've planted them 3 to a 9cm pot is that ok?

Hi i've only just noticed this post. It's ok as long as you intend to plant them out and not keep them in the pot.
