How many concord grape vines should I get?

So, in the fall, I spend a stupid amount of money on concord grapes. I LOVE them and so does my five year old son. I buy 6 quarts at a time and that will last maybe two days (did I mention that we love them?). I was wondering how many vines I should plant? How many bunches of grapes can I expect per vine. I'm excited to be able to pick them with my son. I honestly think that this will save us money too!!!! LOL!

I have one vine. Each vine needs about 12 feet horizontal space with two wires. After about three years I get about 40 pounds which is a bushel of perfect grapes per year. Concord are hardy. I buy two bushels to make juice each year, since I do not grow enough. Also I am close to Niagara which grows grapes.
