How long does Osmocote take to start working?

I know its not instant, but how long does it usually take to notice a difference?

Also, how often would you reapply?

Always follow the instructions on the packaging. Never ever be tempted to over feed, and finally, the word INSTANT and gardening simply do not go together. Osmocote is very good, and will work slowly over a long period, depending on which one you use. Use the prescribed amount and get on with other gardening jobs - a watched pot never boils, and patience is a gardeners best friend
