Autumn is coming, and they will be selling cider soon.
Years ago, a woman I worked for explained to me how to make hard cider out of regular cider. All I really remember is that she told me to get the one that did not need refrigerated. (Unpasteurised? ) I also remember she said to put it in a closet, and the longer you wait, the stronger it will be.
Obviously, I am forgetting a few steps!
I would like to try it this year, can anyone tell me the missing steps?
