Just saying hello from the North West of the UK!

Summer is just coming to an end so I'm looking forward to working on my indoor growing a bit more over the coming months. My garden is a nice size complete with a pond, rockery and a lot of Russian Vine.

I also collect Cacti.

Just on here to learn more about gardening and hopefully have some good conversation along the way!

Hi
I have Russian vine grown on the back trellis fence and its regularly clipped and looks neat and tidy , I have been waiting for my native mixed hedge to grow up on the other side of the fence so its done its job of hiding people out and I will be replacing with a grape vine or two to grow along the decking trellis,

enjoy the forum

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, Russian Vine has been a right battle, I have clematis growing alongside it also! I began chopping it back (the Russian Vine) last week and I rediscovered my trellis that had been hidden beneath it for years. It's a shame because I feel it has such a beautiful quality when it hangs over my garden, giving it a very wild look, but it just took over so trimming was a must!
