Hello, my name is Nick and I'm new here. I live just outside of Detroit and this is my second year vegetable gardening. I am growing poblano peppers, san marzano tomatoes, heirloom beefsteak tomatoes, corn, cherry tomatoes, basil, shallots, thyme and green beans.

I do have some questions regarding fall planting or planting for fall harvest, this will be my first year with doing that so, if someone could direct me to where to post about that I'd appreciate it.

Welcome! Post in vegetables. Be sure to allow for different angles of light as well as decreasing light. It dramatically slows growth as you enter the winter phase.
