Hi so I have two aloe vera plants. One is doing great and the other is kind of sick looking. My question is my soil is very wet. I have it in a cactus blend soil potting mix. My question is are they over watered since the soil is so wet? I got the plants from a friend and the one looked not so healthy when I got it.

Thanks just really getting into I door plants ever since receiving some last year.

The one on the left is the aloe that wasn't very healthy. Some of the stems are squished flat in parts while other parts of it are not.

Just let the soil dry out a little. I've seen worse looking aloe vera's. Those look to be in good shape. The ones that look a little weak will straighten themselves out one way or another. :) And welcome.

Thank you and ok I'll keep an eye on them . Some broke off so I'm trying to grow one from a broken stem.
