I have been tasked by my company to plant 5 4'×4' square elevated brick planters. The area receives full sun every day unless it is cloudy and rains on average once or twice a week. The soil seems to not drain super well. What flowers and plants would be best to plant in the planters in your opinion so they are easy to take care of, don't die, and look pretty. Thanks!
