Help with Kale

I'm pretty new to gardening and just planted Kamome red kale a few weeks ago. It was doing well until I noticed small white bugs on the leaves. I'm not sure what they are or how to deal with them. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

Spray with either Neem Oil or spinosad. They are both organic and both will take care of anything except grasshoppers.

I grow kale and continually pluck the leaves, so there is little time for bugs to take over. Try hosing the bugs off, since spraying anything is probably not a good idea.
