Hello everyone
Long time lurker, but first post here!
Need help with my frangipani trees. I live in dubai where the weather is turning and temperatures slowly rising to mid 30s.
The trees have been planted for a couple years now, and even though the new leaves look healthy and green, older leaves look dry, brittle with a lot of pigmentation. Have posted pics of the leaves and stem for reference.
Im a complete noobe when it comes to gardening but am willing to learn. We have a gardener that comes in everyday to water the plants and general cleanup. He uses a compost, npk fertilizer. Also twice a year he uses a pesticide that he paints onto the trunk. Pic of the pesticide attatched as well. I dont think the gardener knows much either.
Any help will be much appreciated!
