I have noticed a white substance on my zucchini and cucumber leaves. I have just taken a closer look and it's pretty bad. Should I just pull up these zucchini plants? I believe this is the culprit, is it a squash bug or is it two?

You have at least 2 things and maybe 3 things happening. The squash plants are infected with powdery mildew and the tomatoes and squash fruits are being bitten by stink/squash bugs. Also it might be possible that you have the beginning of early blight on your tomato plants.
