It is hard to tell from the pic. Early Blight as mentioned above starts with the yellowing and then turning brown of the lower leaves working its way up the plant. Usually early blight doesn't show physical damage to the plant but it does weaken the plant making it more likely to be attacked by all sorts of bad guys. What this looks like to me what with all of the holes in the leaves are either cabbage loupers or beetles. Look on the underside of the leaves and you will probably find the culprit
I've never seen this before. The term blight is new to me also. I have a beautiful tomato plant outside with large tomatoes on it. I enjoy frying them green. I hope that you find out what this is. I also hope that this will not harm the actual tomatoes. The plant otherwise looks green and healthy. Try doing a search on google.
