Help to identify

hi can you help identify this plant/ bush.!
Its just appeared in a unused part of the garden . very shady part of the garden. and full of weeds .

Its about 12 inches so far.

I have no idea how it got there.maybe the pigeons pooped out a seed? or a squirell?

Yes. Please be careful free trees. I was cutting back some euphorbia stalks and wiped my sweaty forehead and must have had some sap on my gloves. The sap got into my eye and it really was agony. I sat with my head back squirting water from a water bottle and it really took an hour to ease. I'm very careful nowo_O
