HELP! Raindrop peperomia trouble...

I`ve never seen that kind of damage either from any kind of disease or insect. The rest of your plant looks very well cared for and healthy, so the only thing I can think of is human intervention (spilt cuppa) or maybe, as the leaf appears to have been folded over, a spill with the watering followed by a dose of strong sunshine ???
If the plant was mine, I would probably cut the damaged leaf/leaves off.
