Your lawn doesn't look that bad, however additional greenness and lushness can be encouraged if so desired... In Spring, evenly distribute 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch of fine-grained sifted, compost on your lawn. The nutrients and organic matter in the compost may be enough to revitalize the lawn, but if needed, follow up a month later with an application of urea or other high nitrogen fertilizer.
