Help: Palm tree browning

Does anyone know what's going on with my palm tree? It's showing brown on some leaves. Is this normal and those leaves just need to be trimmed off? Or is it too much / too little water or something else? I took this picture from my second floor behind a window pane on a rainy day.

Could it be Lethal Bronzing Disease?

It doesn’t look like a true palm. Can you get a clearer picture a little closer. I think you’re right about it being a watering issue, but more information is needed to help determine the cause.
