Help identifying plant

Hello,

I just received a plant from my neighbor today and am trying to identify it. I believe its a Euphorbia but I'm not sure what type. Thank you in advance for your help!

I think it's a Synadenium grantii. A close-up that shows the tip of the stem would help. Usually you see the rubra variety, but green ones are available. It looks like it could really use a bigger pot, some fertilizer and brighter light. If you repot it you can go up 2-3" in diameter. It propagates real easy from cuttings.
