This bug has been making its home in the flowers of our California poppies, and I can't figure out what it is. They seem to like hanging out inside the flower, often at the base of the pistils. All black, winged and capable of flying. Seem to be also chewing on and damaging the petals. Any help appreciated, as it's the first time they've appeared in our poppies (which have been around for years), they're in every flower, and I'm not sure whether to leave them alone or try and control them. Thanks!
