Not yet Zigs , just in the process , I'm single parent of a 16 year old , and when he goes to college , I'll sell this place , then go deep into the other property. lots of prepping for now. I see you're in Somerset UK . My Grandparents where from Leicester.

Not off the grid here, but have 12volt solar back up lighting and a 30 tube Solar water heater, which has just started working again after its winter snooze got up to 43C today

Leicester's quite a way from here
