They're the same as your pic.You are right about the artichoke part! Woo hoo! I think Jerusalem artichokes have yellow flowers, but I'm not totally sure!

Jerusalem one is different Logan, that has yellow flowers and I think is related to Sunflowers, hence "Girasole" - being corrupted to Jerusalem.
I went to Jerusalem in 1970, didn't see either sort of Artichoke but I did get shot at by the P.L.O.
