Growing seeds first time

Im using jiffy trays. What is the maximum amount of seeds I can plant in each space or puck? my main goal is to create a canopy of vines growing over my backyard. I did it last year this year i want to do extreme scale. I want to plant at least 200 climbing plants and much more. Any tips to give ? All help will be much appreciated, i am a complete novice. I’m setting up a room that faces south for them to get as much sunlight as possible. I got my distilled water and soil ready to start. How much should I water and how often , also what temperature should i keep the room at ? specially after the sun has been hitting the room all day. Any other tips for me to know and things to avoid ?
