Hey, y'all! I'm Leah. I'm studying to be a high school English teacher in western NC. I love Jesus, music, and reading, but gardening has recently become an enjoyable, therapeutic, and almost spiritual activity for me, and I want to learn more and share ideas, so I figured a place like this would be a good outlet for me!

I'm mostly into non-edible plants but I may try my hand at some fruits/vegetables this summer. When I have a little more time and figure out the best way to do so, I may share some pictures of the indoor plants that I have going right now (since it's blizzard season in NC right now, apparently...).

My favorite plant right now is my Meyer lemon tree seedling that I've been working so very hard on.

Nice to "meet" you. :)

Unfortunately she died almost 10 years ago. Her name was Furby. She was a very special baby, more human that cat. I have 2 others now, both Persians. One is white, the other is a real red head.

I wanted to follow up with a picture (or four) of the indoor plants I've managed to keep alive as (you will be able to tell from the pictures) it is, as mentioned, blizzard season in NC!

Beautiful cat, Leah. Looks like you are not letting the blizzard get you down. I need to take a few pictures of my nursery, but I'm going to wait until a few more things pop up.
