A bit more information please, are these newly planted? Where did they come from? Do you know what sort they are?

It is common to remove all the flowers in the first year, you get so many more the next year it more than makes up for it, could a nurseryman have done this before selling them?
Early and some middle season varieties will be over now, and doing a grow with big green leaves, Rhs recommends having an early, a middle, a late and two perennial varieties, that way you should get strawberries from three different varieties from June to September, so even if one fails you get something from the other two, it always seems a bit over the top to me, I don't have spare acres, but the principle is good.

They are new this year bought on line. Got lots of runners but no fruits. The leaves are huge watered every day.

My guess is that they are early and the flowers were taken off before you got them, they shouldn't be allowed to fruit first year. My best advice is wait and see what happens next May/June, boring I know, but 'Wait and see' is so often the best advice with plants.

I've had the same strawberry plants growing for 3 years. They get bigger and spread around, they flower every year, but there hasn't been one strawberry.
