I saw this the other day and tried googling descriptors but couldn't identify it. It is living in a pot in Houston, Texas, so it must be pretty hardy, okay with lots of sun and heat. Thanks!

Thank you so much! From your help I was able to specify the type to the jazz hands variegated loropetalum.
