Does anyone here use a lampshade on their grow lights? I just got some LEDs and they are BRIGHT. I put some folded parchment paper up for now, but I'm wondering if there is a better material to use. They're very lightweight and stand up in the pot, so a metal reflector probably wouldn't work.

Aluminum foil is what I use too. It works well because you can shape the kind of reflector you want. You should feel the temperature of the foil in the beginning and make sure it's safe and doesn't get too hot.

That's why I initially opted for (oven-safe) parchment. But you're right, foil is easier to shape. Got one of each set up for now. Guess I'll see how they do.
