As usual I bought Geranium Plugs this year. Normally, they should have grown from the one and a half inches they were when I planted them a month ago upwards but they have hardly moved. They have now started to show red buds before they have even formed into a proper flower. Could this be the suppliers fault or maybe the rubbish that is sold as compost now?

Gernamian Plugs are very slow this year.
