I thought it might be nice to have a look at what we gardeners have for pets. Whether they help in the garden or not, most of us can’t live without them.
I ‘ll start with my dog. She’s part Mini Schnauzer ( I really don’t know what they were thinking) and part dachshund. Her name is Rags because her color reminds me of a car mechanic’s well used, oil filled rag
She LOVES the garden way too much. She would, if left outside on her own, rearrange the entire garden. “No, Mom, you need a hole here, and here, and this plant can go now…”Thinks she’s a garden designer, she does .
So, she gazes at a distance on leash or tied out but not loose !!
