Welcome @Reeree from the beautiful Virgin Islands.

Questions please:
1) Have you had the soil tested?
2) What is the ph of the current soil?
3) What do you intend to grow there?

Dolomite Lime (Calcium Magnesium Carbonate) will raise the pH and add calcium and magnesium to acidic soil.
Gypsum will not raise the pH but will add needed calcium and modify the soil texture.

Gypsum is made of calcium sulfate (CaSO4), while lime is made of calcium carbonate CaCO3. Both gypsum and lime are soil amendments that provide calcium to plants.

Can you mix dolomite lime with gypsum and use them mixed in the garden? Yes
I would only use it if I had a soil test indicating that the pH is too low or the soil is lacking calcium and magnesium. Good luck and keep us posted.

Yes it's fine but adding things without some purpose is a crapshoot. Gypsum (calcium and sulfur) is pH neutral and dolomite lime (calcium and magnesium) will raise the soils pH level.
