Garden Mistake

I foolishly poured some old garden fertilizer or something of the sort on some garden beds we were about to plant while I was cleaning out and throwing stuff away, and i don’t remember what the bag actually said it was. Is there any chance anyone can identify from a picture what it might be and how we might be able to fix it?

Why not get a shovel, scoop it up, put in a plastic bag and throw it in the trash

Get most of it because it can hurt the environment. Grab a dust pan and use it like a shovel to scrap off the top of the topsoil.
