Fungus? Mushrooms? Help??? ¡Chilli seeds!

I think this is unlikely because they are growing on dead/ waste seeds from what I have read they like to grow near, in and arround living plants

Grows in POTTING COMPOST and MULCH. A small, bright yellow fungus found growing in a flower pot or on deep mulch usually turns out to be Leucocoprinus birnbaumii. Fruit-body: Bright lemon-yellow
