Hi all, first time Apple owner. 7ish year old ‘malus domestica belle de boskoop’. I bought it in a pot this year and was planted in May. It seems healthy and fruited well.
Now it’s time to prune, I’ve removed dead branches and around 1/3 of new growth as well as some spindly branches in the centre and any that were rubbing.
I know it’s hard to see from the photo but any other advice would be great. Not sure if the branches seem too long still or if I should aim to shape it at all.
Thanks in advance
