I'm one of the neediest posters on here. But when I was creating my avatar, it dawned on me that I might actually be able to share something helpful!

Drumroll, please.

Did you know that if you visit your garden after dark with a black light flash light that tomato horn worms will show up neon purple?! You can see them and pluck them off so easily! For extra fun, take a kid with you.

I live under a rock. I just heard about AI a couple months ago. I know precious little about what AI is and is not, really, but if I had to
guess, based on what little I've heard, I'd say...probably? I stumbled across the black light idea while reading something garden related.
What I wondered at the time was who on earth came up with that nifty idea? Who sat around thinking "Hhhmmm, wonder if a black light would make tomato horn worms show up in a garden at night?" Yanno?

It told me it also works on aphids and named some other things too like scorpions and some beetles etc.

Wow. Interesting. I've wondered if it might show up other pests, but never tried it.
