Appreciate the comment. I take my gardening to heart, utilize the produce, experiment, explode conventions, and preserve much of the food I consume. It expands yearly to some degree.
My view is anybody can grow plants, but what is done with the produce is the real issue. In my Zone 5 preservation is the crux of he matter, since the growing season is only about four months.
