I have a hydroponic setup and some of my leafy green have dry yellow blotches on them. What am I missing from my nutrient solution? Pictures attached. Thanks,
What are your your hydroponic protocols for irrigation and fertilizing. How and when is water delivered? Which fertizers are used and at what dose and frequency? Which tests are done on the solution?
I'm guessing it could be nutrient burn? Recommended EC is 0.3 however, I experienced very slow growth and upped the dosage as a test. Some of the plants are fine and do not have this dry yellowing.
The EC is too high. Getting the balance right with any hydroponics system often requires some trial and error.
Start by running comparison tests. Start over by mixing several solutions at different reasonable concentrations, but all lower than the one you have currently. Give different vats different concentrations and see which grow best with the light and temperature conditions you provide.
