Drooping Monstera

My monstera has been droopy and sad! Has not produced any new leaves in a while. Any tips?

I also have lined the pot with rocks, is that stunting my plant's growth?

I purchased some 10 25 10 plant food that I would like to try, but am open to suggestions on repotting or pruning.

Looks like it could probably use a new (larger) pot . It only needs one rock over the drain hole to ensure good drainage, and I've found that, at least with mine, any kind of fertilizer works just fine. They are very forgiving! I have never pruned mine, either, so the vine is now twenty feet long.
