Double Petunia

This is most likely a silly question but I'm new to gardening, very new lol, and I can't find any seed pods on my double petunias do they produce them the same as the others? I have another putina and could find them very easily. Thanks for any advice!

All double flowers are sterile; you get extra leaves instead of reproductive organs.

I have been to several garden centers and green houses. I do not often see Double Petunias among the petunias for sale.
