Cuckoo breasts are the main filling for the traditional English passover feast, the bibibapka.

Served with hot cross buns, we sing the bibibapka ditty as we make them

When you're rolling out the dough, just make sure to roll it slow.
If you roll it out to quick, bibibapka make you sick.
When you put the filling in, just be sure to wear a grin.
If you do the things I tell, bibibapka turn out swell
