Hello!
Could you please help me identify the problem on this grape ivy? I am suspecting that it's Potassium deficiency because of the burnt tips shown in the photo, but I am not sure.

Appreciate your help!

Its not from Potassium deficiency it most likely from over-watering in the past. A plant pushes water through to the edge of its leaves, and if given in excess, this can cause veins at the edges to burst, which leads to browning. The light colored leaves may be an indication you need a complete fertilizer but it's hard to say with the photo you have. Can you post a photo of the whole plant in the container with the soil.

Thank you so much for your reply! I will really be disappointed if it's overwatering after all what I do to stick my finger deep in the soil. :D I water it every two weeks or may be more! Here are some pictures for the whole plant.

Your plant doesn't need any fertilizer at this time and I think your problem is a watering issue. Your plant looks like its under watered in those new photos. The best way to determine what state the soil is in, is by very gently tipping the plant out of the container very gently. If the soil tries to crumble when you tip it, that means you need increase watering frequency. If the soil is real wet in the roots then you will need to allow more time between waterings. When you water, water until you get a tiny bit of water to come out the bottom drain holes and stop. Don't let the plant set in water in the watering tray. Then allow the top inch to dry well before watering again. Write down when you water on the calendar, so you can learn what the watering frequency will be. Good luck and thanks for sharing.
