Cycad leaves Getting Eaten Alive...

Hi guy's,

As you can tell by the photo, the leaves on my Cycad are getting eaten alive before they sprout out of the centre ball and when they do sprout out in to their glory ( supposingly ) there is hardly anything left of them..... Can anyone suggest a spray and application as to how to eradicate this nasty pest / disease...

I bet it gets a lot of sun and wind. Scale insects, look for those on the fronds. They love stressed cycads. I don't grow them anymore because it's too windy here for them and they get attacked by scale.

No Wind... But LOTS of Sun @ 90-10F....

They like some shade or filtered sunlight, ideally.
