I have 1 set looking bad and another looking slightly damaged, the rest (cucumbers in other parts of garden) are perfect. What is this? Because of my sprinkler the worst burned are definitely getting the most water.

You answered your question. Too much water. Also, overhead watering such as with a sprinkler will lead fungal problems. When watering try to keep the leaves as dry as possible and only water in the mornings
