Cucumber help!

Does anyone know what is wrong with my cucumbers? I thought it might be downy mildew but there is no fuzzy stuff on the underside of the leaves. It wasn’t there this morning but I just seen it when I went out and checked on the garden now. Also is there any way to save the plants?

looks worse today. Ill try fertilizing it tomorrow.

Im going to try yellow bowls with soap water placed around the plants for these beetles. i will also try another round of spinosod soap.
