My crape myrtle is about 6 ft tall and bloomed this year. Now the leaves are turning brown on the edges and are falling off. I have kept it watered so I don't think that is the problem. Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can save it

Pictures help. There must really be a problem to stop one of those from growing.
