Cooking Chickens Over a Fire!

Yesterday we cooked these wonderful chickens over hot coals all afternoon and then enjoyed them for dinner!

That is an interesting technique. Do you keep the chicken turning on their cords so that they cook evenly or do you just place them in a different position several times?

We hook them on the string in different places so it cooks evenly. The string is made of cotton so you have to wet it now and then.
