Cockscomb insect

Hi guys. I noticed recently these little buggers crawling all over my cockscomb plant. Any idea what they are and if they are destructive or beneficial ?

I think stink bugs abound in USA and maybe your country too, but it might be best for you to look this up on a chart yourself rather than depend on photos.
