I planted this a long time ago, kind of an after thought and the pot didn't even have enough soil in it. I believe it was a freebie thrown in with a catalogue order. Needless to say, last season it didn't do much. About a month ago I added enough soil to fully cover the root system and as if a few weeks ago this is how it looks. There are a few buds down towards the bottom that make me believe it is going to fill out more. Any idea what it might be and if it need full sun or part sun (getting part sun now)?
